Death
VICKSBURG — Robert D. “Bob” Furr, 68, a professional landscaper, died of heart failure Monday at Vicksburg Medical Center. Services are 1 p.m. today at Fisher-Riles Funeral Home with burial in Cedar Hill Cemetery. Mr. Furr was an Illinois native who had lived in Colorado more than 40 years before moving to Vicksburg. He was a Navy veteran of the Korean War. He was a member of St. George Antiochian Orthodox Church. He was also a member of the Loyal Order of the Moose. After retirement, he designed wood crafts and was an avid darts player. Survivors include: wife, Jo; daughter, Lori West of Vicksburg; sons, Darrell Ogan of Bakersfield, Calif., David Ogan of Lompac, Calif., and Don Ogan of Kodiak, Alaska; and 11 grandchildren.
