Mrs. Beulah F. Furr
Services were held Wednesday in Almont chapel of the Garden; Canon City, for Mrs. Beulah F. Furr of 308 Riverside Drive, who died Sunday at St. Thomas More Hospital. She was 71. The Rev. Willard Ballard officiated, followed by interment in Lakeside Cemetery. Born June 24, 1904, in Montgovery, Ill., she moved to Canon City in September 1962 to retire. She had been a telephone operator and lived most of her life in North central Illinois. She was married to Lawrence Furr on Feb. 14, 1930, in Aurora, Ill. He preceded her in death. Survivors include a son, Robert Furr, of Canon City, and a sister, Sussan Lippold, of Pueblo.
