Death
William "Bill" Robert Shearin, age 88, of Spencer, passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 11, 2017, at Owen Valley Health Campus. He was born in Kentucky on September 28, 1929, the son of the late Frank & Bertha Shearin. He is survived by his daughter, Betty (Chuck) Furr; grandchildren, Crystal (Jeff) Dalton of Spencer, IN, Shelby (Pete) Clark, Loretta, KY, Billy Bray, Plainfield, IN, Michael Bray, Coal City, IN, John (Yvonne) Bray, Indianapolis, IN; 14 great grandchildren; sister, Mary. Bill is preceded in death by his loving wife, Emma Dale Shearin; daughter, Emma Jean Orcutt; two brothers and one sister. Visitation will be held at West & Parrish & Pedigo Funeral Home, Tuesday, November 14, 2017 from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm. A graveside service will be at Mt. Zion Cemetery, Wednesday, November 15, 2017 at 11:00 am. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Kidney Foundation.Endnotes
