Death

Mt. Airy -- Mrs. Elizabeth "Betty" Figgins, 33, of Watertown Road, Mt. Airy, died Tuesday at the Greater Baltimore Medical Center following an extended illness. Born in Front Royal, Va., she was the daughter of Louie T. and Harriett H. Furr of Westminster. She was employed by Harvest Inn of Eldersburg. Surviving, in addition to her parents, are her husband, William Russell Figgins; three children, W. Russell Friggins Jr., Timberley Rae Figgins and Jordan Lee Figgins, all at home; and a brother, Ronald W. Furr of Pompano Beach, Fla. The funeral will be held Saturday at 10 a.m. from Pritts Funeral Home, formerly Myers-Pritts, Willis Street and Longwell Avenue, Westminster. Burial will be in Meadow Branch Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home today and Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
