Georgiana (Swann) Murray Furr of Grove City Ohio went to be with her Lord and Savior on July 29, 2022.Born December 31, 1930, she was the daughter of George Butler Swann and Ruby (Hilton) Swann of Elizabethton Tennessee. She was retired from Southwestern City Schools where she was Payroll Manager for many years. She is a member of the First Baptist Church of Grove City. Georgiana was proceeded in death by son Michael Garrett Murray (1955), husband Glenn Thomas Murray (1981), granddaughter Shannon Marie Murray (1995) and husband Richard L Furr (2016).She is survived by sons Kim B Murray, Todd E Murray (Kim Sanders Murray) and daughter Rebecca S Frasher (Daniel A Frasher). Teresa Furr (Russ Atwood), Carolyn B Furr, and Andrew Furr (Mary White Furr) and Cathy Ellis Murray. Her grandchildren Glenn W Murray (Whitney Rodgers Murray), Jonathon (J.T.) Murray (Kylie Jones Murray), Timothy A Murray (Kyrbi Thomas Murray), Catherine E Frasher, Caleb E Frasher (Lea’ Bertram), Nicholas E Murray, Alexis A Murray, Joshua Furr (Aleisha), Christopher Furr and Rachel Hauk (Eric).Great grandchildren are Jase Murray, Hayden Murray, Harrison Murray and Elliott Murray, Ethan Furr, Charlotte Hauk and Eloise Furr. The Celebration of Life will be held Thursday morning August 4, 2022 at the First Baptist Church of Grove City at 3301 Orders Rd. The Family will receive visitors from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. The service will be officiated by Pastor Jerry Neal at 11:00 a.m. Inurnment will be on Saturday August 6 at Happy Valley Memorial Park, Elizabethton Tennessee.
