Mary Gavakos

Hold off on this until I research further with Elaine Sullivan.
Name from Elaine Sullivan, email to Carol Petranek August 15, 2018. She was commenting on the Aphrodite Semetis Shower newspaper article of April 5, 1946 in the Brtooklyn Daily Eagle.
The Vassar’s at the shower are the nieces of Stavros and my grandfather John. Their Sister Mary Kavakos married Constantine Vassariotis (Vassar). So Tula and Helen were my mom’s first cousins.
I am not sure who Mary Vassar is unless it’s Mary Kavakos (as she was widowed by 1919).
Mrs. George Vassar could be Tula and Helen’s Sister-in-law?
