I solemnly swear that I was born at Calais, France on August 28, 1897, that my husband Nicolas Economopoulos, was born in Koniditzi, Greece and is now residing at Calais, France for the purpose of temporary residence; that he emigrated to the United States from the port of Athens (Greece) on or about July 15, 1905; that he resided 14 y ears uninterruptedly, in the United States, from 1905 to 1918 at New York; that he was naturalized as a citizen of the United States before the Supreme Court of Bronx County at Bronx, New York on February 14, 1919 as shown by the Certificate of Naturalization presented herewith; that he is the bearer of Passport No. 176173, issued by Department of State on February 27, 1920; that he legal domicile is in Brooklyn, New York, that his permanent residence being 1658 Sheepshead Bay Road, L.I. and he last left the United States on March 19, 1920 arriving at Calais, France on March 29, 1920, where he is now residing for purpose of getting married. I have resided only in France; that my husband has resided outside the United States at the following places for the following periods:
France from May 1, 1919 to Dec. 25, 1919
France from March 29, 1920 to date
and that I desire to remain a citizen of the United States and intend to return therto permanently to reside and perform the duties of citizenship within 1 month... I have not applied elsewhere for a United States Passport or for consular registration and have been refused. I desire a passport for use in visiting the countries hereinafter for the following purpose: France en route to the United States.
