Vita (Vicki) Ceccacci was born Vita Papas in Brooklyn, NY on March 2, 1939 to Peter J. Pappas and Catherine DeSimone
She was the youngest of 3 sisters (Tina and Ann)
After graduating from Bay Ridge High School she spent a year at Brooklyn College.
On August 10, 1957, Vicki met and fell in love with John Ceccacci at a friend’s house in Marlboro, New York. They later married on February 21st 1960 and moved to Oceanside on Long Island, NY.

They moved out of their Oceanside apartment to a house in Deer Park, NY in 1965 where they remained until 1999.
In the 1980’s, Vicki worked as a Medical Assistant for a Doctor's office and later after going back to school for a certificate as a legal secretary she worked at Kemper Insurance for 12 years before taking an early retirement.
