From Peter Eftaxias to Carol Petranek, Aug. 22, 2016: Efstathia was the 2nd wife of Sarantos. There were a total of 13 children in the Laliotis family -- some of them were from the first wife of Sarantos, who had Eleni (Peter's mother). Peter thinks that the second wife, Effie, had maybe some of the children. One of the sons was named Nicholas and he inherited all the property; he had a son named Sarantos.
March 30, 2022 - I received the Dimotologion record from the Sparta GAK. There is only one wife for Sarantos (Efstathia) and they had 8 children. However, there are 2 marriages for Sarantos in the Sparta marriage collection; the first was Georgitza Giannakaris, the second was Efstathia (Stathoula) Tsakonis.

Research Questions
The wives and children of Sarantos are mixed up. Peter is mixed up with his parents' marriages. He said his grandmother was Stathoula Ladis, from an Anavryti family. But there is no marriage between Sarantos and a Ladis.There are 2 documents in the Eftaxias, Peter Sarantos digital file (Greek Research, Surnames, Eftaxias). All the information I have is in there. I need to correlate the official docs with what Peter has said (April 2, 2022)
