Per Joyce Moore: Came to Texas in March of 1831 where his sister and her husband had moved in Feb. 1830. Died at the Alamo with his brother in law, James George, husband of his sister, Elizabeth. James and William were 2 of the "Immortal 32" from Gonzales that joined Travis in the Alamo and died March 6, 1836.
