Elizabeth Tilley

Only one of her parents children to accompany them on the Mayflower.

After the death of her parents, she became the ward of Gov. Carver, first governor of Plymouth colony. Then upon Carver's death and Carver's wife's death, John Howland became head of their household which included Elizabeth Tilley.

RESIDENCE: After her husband John Howland died, she lived in the home of her son Jabez, 33 Sandwich Street, Plymouth. When the house was sold in 1680 she moved to Swansea, now in Rhode Island, and lived with daughter Lydia.

DEATH: In the home of her daughter Lydia, Swansea, Bristol, Massachusetts
