McDANIEL Marilyn E. McDaniel, 68, passed away, Monday, November 27, 2006. Funeral services will be held Thursday, November 30, 2006 12:00 p.m. at D.W. Newcomer's Floral Hills Chapel; friends may call from Thursday, 11:00 p.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Chapel. Burial in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens Marilyn was born, May 14, 1938 to Frank and Helen Menown in Kansas City, Mo. She graduated from Westport High School in 1956. Her working career included, Blue Cross Insurance, Lakeside Hospital, and Farmers Insurance Group. Marilyn married Larry Furr in 1969, and the union lasted 9 years. She married Joseph McDaniel in 1992, he passed away in 1997. A grateful thank you to the loving hands and caring hearts at White Ridge Health Care Center who cared for her every need and desire. A special thank you to Linda, a nurse who unselfishly took "Sissy", her dog, into her home and brought her to see Marilyn daily.
