Death

Junetta Caudill, 78, of Hopewell, VA passed away on Saturday, September 22, 2018. Born in Pulaski County, KY she was preceded in death by her father, Arthur Caudill; her mother, Vivian Caudill Hampton and husband, Hendricks; her husband, Lester L. Caudill, Sr.; two daughters, Rhonda Furr and Peggy Elliott; and a baby brother, Weldon Caudill. Mrs. Caudill was retired from Reynolds Metals after many years of service. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister. Mrs. Caudill is survived by her son, Lester L. Caudill, Jr. and wife, Amy; nine grandchildren, Paul Miller, Alexander Miller, Rachel Kirkland, Ashley Williamson, Amy Hammond, Luke Miller, Allen Furr, Jessie Wilson and Josh Caudill; her brother, Melvin Caudill and wife, Charlotte; and numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 27, 2018 at the Hopewell Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Appomattox Cemetery, Hopewell, VA. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 26, 2018 at the funeral home.
