Mrs. Frances Louise Furr, age 68, of Tampa, Fla., formerly of Quinton, Va, died Saturday, October 12, 1985. She is survived by her husband, Mr. Homer W. Furr; two daughters, Mary Alice Coates and Karen E. Dempsey, both of Tampa, Fla; one son, Mercer M. Furr, of Tampa, Fla.; one sister, Mrs. A. W. (Betty) Kirby of Quinton, Va. six grandchildren, all of Tampa. Remains rest at the Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave. Graveside service will be held Tuesday, 3 p.m. at Washington Memorial Park.Richmond Times-Dispatch, Richmond, Virginia, October 15, 1985
