Death

Helen A. Furr 57, of Grand Bay, AL., passed away Friday Oct. 15, 2015. Helen was a homemaker who had worked for Singing River Hospital as an EKG technician and had worked for Gulf Coast OBGYN. Helen will be remembered as a loving mother, wife, grandmother, sister and friend. Helen loved to paint and cook for her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her father J.D. Warden; mother Thelma Lundy and a sister Brenda Bond. Helen leaves cherished memories to her husband John Furr, 2 sons Ricky Dale (Regina) Roberts & Russell Dean Roberts, a grandson, Ryan Drake Roberts, a brother Jimmy Dale Warden, father & mother in law; Joe & Jean West, also numerous family and friends. Visitation for Helen will be Saturday Oct. 17, 2015 from 2:00 – 4:00PM at Heritage Funeral Home, with services beginning at 4:00pm in the chapel at Heritage Funeral Home. A private burial will follow the service. Heritage Funeral Home, locally owned and operated, in Escatawpa/Moss Point, MS is in charge of arrangements.
