Death
FURR, Sr., Murray B., 85, of New Port Richey, died July 31, 2003 at Hernando Pasco Hospice Care Center, New Port Richey. Born in Pineville, N.C., he moved here 32 years ago from Richmond, Va. He was a member of the F.O. Eagles in Richmond and a Protestant. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary; and brothers, Marion and Homer W. Furr. He is survived by one son, Murray B. Furr, Jr. of Petersburg, Va.; one d aughter, Pamela Peterson of Stone Mountain, Ga.; one brother, Rev. E. Benjamin Furr of Tampa; one nephew, Buster M. Furr of New Port Richey; four grandchildren and one great- grandchild. A memorial service w ill be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 2, in the chapel of Michels & Lundquist Funeral Home, 5228 Trouble Creek Rd., New Port Richey.Published in the TBO.com (Tampa Bay Online) on 8/2/2003.
