EDGEFIELD, S.C. - Mr. Richard A. "Tony" Furr, Jr., 42, entered into rest Sunday, August 1, 2010 at the University Hospital, Augusta. Mr. Furr was a native of Richmond County and a resident of Edgefield, SC. He loved being with his daughter, Heather and being outdoors. Mr. Furr was a carpenter, avid fisherman and a fan of Nascar racing. Survivors include his daughter, Heather Furr, Lincolnton; mother, Sharon Furr, Grovetown; father, Richard (Martha) Furr, Sr., Augusta; brother, Robert (Carole) Furr, Sr. Grovetown and life companion, Patricia Enevoldsen of Edgefield.
