Death
Mrs. M. B. Cantwell, 83, of 4830 Kasper, a resident here since 1980, died about 4:10 p.m. yesterday afternoon after a brief illness. A native of Edwards County, she moved here from Medina. Her son, Earl Cantwell, owns the Cantwell Mattress Co. She was a member of the First Baptist Church and Order of the Eastern Star in Medina. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. tomorrow in the Seaside Mausoleum Chapel. The Rev. Don Richey, pastor of Travis Baptist Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Seaside Memorial Park, under direction of Cages-Mills Funeral Home. Survivors in addition to her son include another son, Doug Cantwell of Harlingen; two daughters, Mrs. E. D. Zimmerman of Corpus Christi and Mrs. Jack Graham, both of Corpus Christie; eight grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.Corpus Christi Caller-Times, Texas, February 4, 1968
