Death
WEST END — Mrs. Sherry Jane Smith, 31, died Saturday as a result of an automobile accident. She was a nurse at Moore Memorial Hospital in Pinehurst. The funeral will be held at 2:30 p.m. today in West End United Methodist Church. Burial will be in West End Cemetery. Surviving are her husband, Jacob Rodney Smith; two daughters, Miss Melissa Smith and Miss Rhonda Smith, both of the home; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Reid Furr of West End: two sisters, Mrs. Doris J. Craven of Burlington and Mrs. Patricia Blackman of Aberdeen; and four brothers, Billy Furr of Pinebluff, Jerry Wayne Furr of Norfolk, Va., Daniel C. Furr of Ft. Bragg and Sammy Furr of Wheeling, W.
