Death
Anita Groce Tapp Furr, 85, of Chamblee died March 12, 2005. A member of Chamblee First United Methodist Church for over 50 Years, working in the Children’s Sunday School Department for 25 years with Dorothy Walker, and was also a member of the United Methodist Women and the Forum Sunday School Class. She is survived by daughters, Ellen Tapp, and Jane Tapp Hill and her husband Stuart, son, Kenneth Drake Tapp and his wife Joyce, grandchildren; Stacey Crouch, Tracey Smith, Scott Tapp, Dianna Smith, great-grandchildren; Holley, Nathan, Cody, Taylor, Lilly, Maddie. Numerous nieces and nephews and was richly blessed with many life-long friends. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, March 15 at 11 AM at Chamblee First United Methodist Church. Interment Georgia Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm on Monday at H.M.
