Walter L. Furr Age 83, born Sept. 15 1930 in Cabarrus County NC, passed away May 3, 2014. He retired from the Air Force in 1974 after a 23 year career. Beloved father, uncle, grandfather and great grandfather. Survivors include: son, Michael G. and Cindy Furr, Graham; grandchildren, Jessica and Michael Furr and great granddaughter Mckenzie. Visitation Thurs, May 8th 2-7 p.m., Fir Lane Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held Friday May 9th, 2 P.M., Fir Lane Memorial Chapel.Published in News Tribune (Tacoma) on May 7, 2014
