Death Takes Mrs. FurrCabarrus Countian Stricken Suddenly
Mrs. Clara Bell Morris Furr, 55, Concord Route 2 (highway73) died at 7:15 a. m., today in Cabarrus Memorial Hospital following three-hour illness. The body will remain at Lady's Funeral Home pending arrangements. A native of Cabarrus County, Mrs. Furr was the daughter of the late John Wesley Morris and Mrs. Catherine Poplin Morris. Surviving Mrs. Furr are her husband Walter L. Furr Sr.; three sons, Glenn Morris Furr of Concord, Walter L. Furr Sr.; three sons, Glenn Morris Furr of Concord, Walter L. Furr Jr., and William D. Furr of the U. S. Air Force stationed at Lake Charles, La.; one daughter, Mrs. Gladys DeMarcus of Concord; one sister, Mrs. Mary Moss of Concord; four grandchildren.
