ENIGMA — Funeral services for Mrs. Charity Malissa Stone Furr, 82, of Enigma were held Tuesday at the Christian Church in Enigma. Burial was in the Lawrence Cemetery in Tift County. Mrs. Furr was born in Wilcox County, daughter of the late Marion Stone and Molly Dillard Stone, but had lived in Enigma 22 years. Survivors include five sons, Malton Furr of Enigma, Nathan Furr of Telogia, Fla., Edward Furr of Aurora, ILL., Albert Furr and Jesse Furr of Hosford, Fla.; a daughter, Mrs. Mamie Brooks of Pavo; a brother, John Stone of Gainesville, Fla.; 19 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.The Macon Telegraph, Macon, Georgia, March 8, 1967
