Death
Franklin Furr, son of Mrs. Mary Jane Furr, died at the home of his mother in North Monroe Saturday afternoon, after an illness of three weeks of fever. The remains were buried at Emanuel church, services being held by Rev. Mr. Rotan. Franklin was a good boy, a regular Sunday school scholar, and his death is a sad blow to his widowed mother, and his brothers and sisters.
