KANNAPOLIS — Huston Furr, 62, of 2407 Pennsylvania Avenue, died Saturday at 5:25 p.m. in Cabarrus Memorial Hospital. A native of Stanly County, he was born June 20, 1906. He worked in Cannon Mills. Funeral arrangements are in complete. Survivors include the widow, Mrs. Ruth Spry Furr; the parents, Mr. and Mrs. D. F. Furr of Stanfield; four sisters, Mrs. W. B. (Buck) Lyerly, Mrs. Lucy Spong, both of Concord, and Mrs. Paul McCoy of Charlotte, and Mrs. Carl Hathcock of North Augusta, S.C.; four brothers, Worth, Robert, Paul, and Spencer Furr, all of Charlotte.Endnotes
