Death
PERU -- Jacqueline K. Meyer, 81, of 108 East Windsor Road died Friday at Berkshire Medical Center. Born in Thomasville, N.C., on Sept. 13, 1918, daughter of Will and Josephine Devine Kinney, she was educated in North Carolina schools and graduated magna cum laude from High Point College in North Carolina. She had been employed as a salesperson at various local real estate agencies, working for Rose Agency, Carriage House Real Estate, and the Daly Agency. Prior to working in real estate, she had been a reporter and in advertising sales for the former Dalton News Record in Dalton. She was also been employed as a substitute teacher in the Central Berkshire Regional School District. She enjoved her home, garden, children and grandchildren. She leaves her husband, Adrian Meyer, whom she married April 13, 1965; a daughter, Jacqueline Heller of Greenlawn, N.Y.; a son, Grover C.
