GRIDLEY (E-R) — Funeral services for Mrs. Etta Mae Furr, 56, who died yesterday evening at a Marysville hospital of a heart attack, will be held at 10 a.m. tomorrow at the Block Funeral Home. Interment will follow at the Live Oak Cemetery. The Rev. H. Paul Smith, pastor of the Church of Gridley, will officiate. Mrs. Furr, a native of Russellville, Ark., moved to the Live Oak area in 1957 from Hobart, Ark. Residing there for one year, she moved to Gridley, where she resided for 31/2 years. At the time of her death, she resided in Marysville with her husband, Walter. In addition to her husband, survivors include six children, James L. and Mrs. M. J. Freeman, both of Live Oak; Mrs. Juaita Wooten of Earlimart; Mrs. Dan Myers of Oklahoma; Mrs. James Sorrell of Gridley; Patsy Furr of Marysville; four sisters, Mrs. Bertha Hammer of Gridley; Mrs. Ethel Hopson and Mrs. Ruth Webb, both of Oklahoma; Mrs. Valleta Mehs of Sacramento: five brothers, Emsy and Annis both of Oklahoma; Oran of Gridley; Truman of Sacramento; Paul of Richmond, and 24 grandchildren.
