Death
Funeral service for Cephas H. Furr of Memphis was conducted Monday afternoon at Citizens Funeral Home Chapel. The Reverend Travis Turman officiated. Burial was in Sunset Memorial Park. Mr. Furr, 67, died last Friday at the Mid-South Christian Nursing Home in Memphis. He was a native of Phillips County. Survivors include two sister, Amy Kirkpatrick of Atlanta, Georgia and Lizzie Manning of Memphis; and two brothers, Hiram Furr of Marvell and Max Furr of Atlanta, Georgia.
