Death
Funeral services for Mrs. Annie Bryte Furr Bain, 38, of 1614 Camden Avenue, Kannapolis, a native of Stanly County, were conducted at 3:30 Wednesday afternoon in First Baptist Church of Stanfield. Rev. Edward Eason and Rev. Mahlon Furr officiated and interment was in Love’s Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery. Mrs. Bain died Monday in Cabarrus Memorial Hospital. She was a daughter of James Lloyd Furr of Stanfield, who survives, and the late Zula Drye Furr and was born January. 27, 1940. Surviving in addition to her father are her husband, James B. Bain; a son, James B: Bain, Jr., of the home; a brother, Hilbert Furr of Stanfield and three sisters, Mrs. Grady Love of Concord, Mrs. Maynard Kerley of Kannapolis and Mrs. Edward Eason of Stanfield.Stanly News and Press, Albemarle, North Carolina, June 30, 1978
