Death
Graveside services for Jack D. Myrick Jr., 63, of Galveston, Texas, formerly of Paducah, will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Mount Carmel Cemetery. The Rev. Gregory Arflack will officiate. Mr. Myrick was employed by Paducah Water Works for 15 years, before moving to Galveston. He was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Galveston. Surviving are his wife, Nancy Shannon Myrick, two daughters, Dr. Debbie Keyser of Chattanooga, Tenn., and Jacqualyn Shryock of Bowling Green; one stepdaughter, Jaymie Simmons of Lakeland, Fla., one son, Bill Myrick of Grand Rivers; two stepsons, James Albritten of Mount Olive, N.C., and Joe Albritten of Onalaska, Texas; three sisters, JoAnn Myrick and Jeannie Howell, both of Paducah, and Joyce Walker of Needville, Texas; five brothers, James Myrick, George Myrick, Richard Myrick and Tommy Myrick, all of Paducah, and Donnie Myrick of Calvert City; and 10 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two sisters and one brother.Endnotes
