Death
Mrs. Armanda Smith, 95 years old, died at 6:30 o'clock Monday evening at the Old Ladies' home. Final rites will be held from the home at 11 o'clock this morning with the Rev. W. A. Bell, pastor of the Parkway Baptist church, officiating. Burial will be in Cedarlawn cemetery. Mrs. Smith came to the home 15 years ago from Hinds county. She was a member of the Baptist church. Surviving her is one nephew, Herbert Farmer, of Brookhaven.The Clarion-Ledger, Jackson, Mississippi, March 12, 1940
