He was an outstanding bird hunter and avid fisherman who found both joy and peace in nature. Mr. Taylor is survived by his wife, Barbara Allen Taylor; his children, Craig Taylor (Kim) and Dana Furr (Scott); his 'bonus' children, DeLee Jones (Roy) and Chris Osborn (Alicia); his grandchildren, Owen, Lauren, Aaron, Taylor, and Carson; his 'bonus' grandchildren, Connor (Alexandra), Caleb (Monica), and Chandler (Summer); his sister, Patsy Griffith (Bert); and a number of other special nieces and nephews. A memorial service to celebrate the life of Mr. Taylor will be held at 3:30 pm on Sunday, September 7, 2025, at East Belmont Church of God. Rev. Danny Peterson and Rev. Ken Jones will officiate.
