Death
Jerry Lynn Gunter, of Midland, passed away Tuesday, January 31, 2006. He was born January 19, 1951 to Rollin and Thelma Gunter in Monahans, Texas. Jerry attended Midland High School and was a member of WKBC. He was preceded in death by his parents, and two brothers, Rollin Gunter, Jr., and Jackie Gunter. Jerry is survived by his cousin, Kelley Smiley, spouse, Jan Nelson, and one son, Michael Nelson, six daughters, Mary Ann Brashear and husband, George, Holly Schneider and husband, Mikeul, Paula Howell, Kellie Nandin and husband, Armando, Tammy Nelson and spouse, Mike Harris, Brenda Furr and husband, Bobby, all of Midland, TX; three grandsons, six granddaughters, and numerous nieces and nephews. Memorial services have been scheduled for 11:00 A.M. Thursday, February 2, 2006 at West Kentucky Baptist Church with Reverend Bob Porterfield and Brother Eddy Elliott officiating.
