Joyce Anne Furr Kiefer, 73, died of after a lengthy illness of cancer, Tuesday, April 2, 2007 at her residence in Florence, Mississippi. Mark Seepe Funeral Directors & Crematorium in Jackson, Mississippi is handling the arrangements. Service arrangements are still pending. Joyce, daughter of the late Thomas L. and Lady L. Furr of Port Gibson, was born May 1, 1933 in New Orleans, Louisiana. She was married to Garry Kiefer on December 22, 1968 at Columbus Air Force Base. Survivors include: her husband, Garry of Florence, son Thomas C. of Ridgeland and grandson, Jared E. also of Ridgeland.The Clarion Ledger, Jackson, Mississippi, April 7, 2007
