Death
ASHLAND —- Services for Pansy L. Jordan Dugan, 82, of 225 E. 11th St., will be held Thursday at 1 p.m. in the Denbow-Primm Funeral Home by the Rev. Barry Bailey. A graveside service will be held Friday at 1 p.m. in the Sylvian Heights Cemetery in Uniontown, Pa., by the Rev. Karl W. Bowman. Calling hours are today from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Passport Program in care of Ohio District 5, Area Agency on Aging, Inc., P.O. Box 1978, 235 Marion Ave., Mansfield 44901. Mrs. Dugan died Monday afternoon at her home after a long illness. She was born May 24, 1911, to Albert and Nancy Ann McIntyre Jordan and lived in Ashland since 1983. She was a member of the Ashland Assembly of God Church. Surviving are five daughters and sons-in-law, Jane and Royden Tyger of Lehigh Acres, Fla., Bessie and Kenneth Walton, and Barbara and Phillip Johnson, all of Polk, Wilma and Kerry Augustine of Vienna and Rosetta and Donald Smith of Ashland; a son and daughter-in-law, Robert “Bud” and Darlene Cayse of Ashland; 26 grandchildren; 21 great- grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband, Okha L. Dugan; two daughters, Ruby Cayse in 1942 and Shirley Whyel in 1938; and a son, Franklin Furr in 1928.News Journal, Mansfield, Ohio, November 3, 1993
