Death
HIGH POINT, Jan. 24.—Funeral for Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Furr Myers, 64, widow of Charles H. Myers, will be held at Pentecostal Holiness Church Saturday at 2:30 p.m. The body will be placed in the church 45 minutes prior to the service. Interment will be in Floral Garden Cemetery. Mrs. Myers died in a local hospital Thursday night after an illness of three weeks. Born in Missions, Stanly County, she had resided in High Point for a great number of years. She is survived by a number of: nieces and nephews.News and Record, Greensboro, North Carolina, January 25, 1947
