Death
Mr. Amos Furr, a student of Crescent Academy, died early Saturday morning of pneumonia. Mr. Furr came from near Concord. He was 17 years, four months and 20 days old at the time of his death. The remains were buried at 1 o'clock Sunday afternoon in the cemetery at Crescent.—Salisbury Sun.Stanly News and Press, Albemarle, North Carolina, March 28, 1901
