Death
BILOXI — Mrs. Betty Catherine Furr, 53, of North Biloxi, died at her residence Saturday, June 7, 1986. She had lived in the community for 25 years. Mrs. Furr was an accountant, having worked for several years at Brookley Field in Mobile, at the Seabee Base in Gulfport and for 22 years at Keesler Air Force Base. She is survived by two sons, David Winkles of North Biloxi and James Wayne Emory of Sanford, Fla., and three grandchildren. Services will be held at 9 a.m. Saturday at the Howard Avenue chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Sand Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery in Millry, Ala., with a 2 p.m. graveside service.Endnotes
