Leathy Mae Pinion, 74, a table games dealer at Sam's Town Casino, died Friday, March 31, 2023 at home. Meredith-Nowell Funeral Home in Clarksdale, MS is handling the arrangements. There will be a private family memorial to be held at a later date. Survivors include: son Phillip Pinion of Batesville, MS; daughter Tara Reed of Sardis, MS; brother Rev. John Parker (Janet) of Holly Springs, MS; sisters Shirley Ferguson (Jimmy) of Myrtle, MS, Mildred Pinion of Sarah, MS, Barbara Gates (Don) of Pinedale, MS; four grandchildren Christopher Reed, Shelby Reed, Bob Burton, Max Burton; three great grandchildren. Preceded in death by her parents Cleve and Marion Furr Parker; son Alan Parker.
