Death
ROBBINS - Mrs. Ethel Garner Ritter Maness, 78, of Star Route (North Moore Road) died Monday at Moore Regional Hospital. Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Beulah Baptist Church, of which she was a member. Burial will be in the church cemetery. A native of Moore County, she was a retired employee of the Elise School. Surviving are daughters, Mrs. Virginia Lonkert of Aberdeen, Mrs. Montana Furr of Pinebluff, Mrs. Georgia Layne of Sanford; stepdaughter, Mrs. Ruth M. Moss of Robbins; 12 grandchildren; two stepgrandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren. The family will be at Kennedy Funeral Home 7-9 p.m. today, other times at the residence.Endnotes
