Death

Mrs. Mary A. Parkhill, aged 65, died suddenly of a heart attack at her home, 516 North Tenth Avenue here this morning. Funeral services will be conducted at Holmes Funeral Home Chapel Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock, with Rev. J. W. Wade officiating. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery. The deceased, born in Texas, August 29, 1879, had been a resident of Durant for 20 years. She was a member of the the Baptist Church. Survivors are four daughters, Mrs. T. A. Daniel, Paris, Texas, Mrs. C. A. Woods, Springfield, Mo., Mrs. Dewey Taylor, Oklahoma City, and Mrs. Albert Furr, Durant.
