Death
GROVETOWN, Ga. - Sharon Turner Furr Goodwyne entered into rest on Thursday, May 31, 2012, at her residence. Sharon was born in Langley, SC to the late Hubert Turner and Bernice Boyd Turner. She was preceded in death by a son, Tony Furr. After serving for a number of years as a retail sales manager, she worked most recently as a caregiver. She is survived by a son, Robert Furr of Augusta, brother, Bill Turner (Debby) of Grovetown, sisters, Patricia Buckley (Joshua) of Denver, Colorado and Connie Covington of Augusta. Also surviving are four grandchildren, Robert Furr, Maddie Furr, Brittany Furr, and Heather Furr all of Augusta and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Memorial services will be held at 7:30 PM on Thursday evening, June 7, 2012 at Starling Funeral Home, Harlem, Ga. with the Reverend Marion Jay officiating. Starling Funeral Home, Hwy, 78, Harlem, GA.
