Death

Janice F. Williams Mrs. Williams, loving wife, daughter, mother, and grandmother, passed away on April 17th, 2007. She was born May 31, 1962 in Charlotte, NC to Carl Furr and the late Doris Furr. A funeral service celebrating her life will be held at Gloryland Baptist Church, 3001 Gloryland Avenue in Charlotte, on Friday April 20, at 11:00 AM. The family will receive friends on Thursday evening from 7:00 til 9:00 PM at the church. In addition to her father, Janice is survived by her stepmother, Fodie, her husband Richard Williams; daughters Miranda and Sandra Williams. Also surviving are three grandchildren Brendan, Alayna and Dustin;two brothers,Mike,and Gary Furr and his wife, Judy; five nieces and five great nieces. Janice was a member of Gloryland Baptist Church. She was employed by Harris Teeter, and enjoyed motorcycle riding. The family would like to offer special thanks to a very close and special friend, Wanna Windham, for her friendship and loving care. Lowe Funeral Home is serving the Williams family.
