Death
Services for Gary L. White, of Wesson, are 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 22, at Riverwood Family Funeral Service Chapel with burial in Little Bahala Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation is Friday from 5 until 9 p.m. at the funeral home. Mr. White, 68, died Aug. 19, 2009, at St. Dominic-Jackson Memorial Hospital in Jackson. He was born on Dec. 20, 1940, to James Oliver White and Edith Furr White. He was a dairy farmer. He was a member of Little Bahala Baptist Church. Preceding him in death were his parents, James Oliver and Edith White. Survivors are his wife, Billy May White; a son, Kurk White and wife, Diana; a daughter, Lisa Jackson and husband, Kurt; a brother, James White and wife, Verna; and his four grandchildren, Brant White, Rhett White, Shane Jackson and Seth Jackson.The Daily Leader, August 21, 2009
