SOUTHAVEN — Mrs. Sylvia Carlisle Furr, 51, personnel manager for Dover Elevators in Horn Lake, died Sunday at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis after a long illness. Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at C. O. Pate Funeral Home in Senatobia with burial in Bethel Cemetery in Coldwater. Mrs. Furr leaves a daughter, Mrs. Beverly Sullinger of Southaven; her mother, Mrs. Louise Carlisle Moore of Coldwater; three brothers, Marvin Carlisle of Senatobia, Russell Carlisle of Greenwood, Ark., and Richard Carlisle of Fort Smith, Ark., and a grandson.The Commercial Appeal, Memphis, Tennessee, October 23, 1989
