CHESTER -- Mrs. Dolly Furr Estes, 61, of 765 Great Falls Highway died Tuesday, Feb. 5, 2008, at Chester Regional Medical Center. A graveside side service will be 4 p.m. Thursday at New Hope United Methodist Church Cemetery, with the Rev. John Porter officiating. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 tonight at Barron Funeral Home.

CHESTER - Graveside services for Mrs. Dolly Furr Estes of 765 Great Falls Highway will be conducted at 4 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 7, in New Hope United Methodist Church Cemetery with the Rev. John Porter officiating. Mrs. Estes, 61, died Tuesday, Feb. 5, 2008, at Chester Regional Medical Center. Born in Chester on March 11, 1946, she was a daughter of the late Luther and Pearl Allen Furr. A retired employee of Phillips Industries, Mrs. Estes attended school in Chester County and was of the Baptist faith. Survivors include two sons, Larry L. Estes Jr. and Richard L. Estes, both of Chester; three daughters, Dorothy Bailey, Carol White and Kayla Corder, all of Chester; two stepdaughters, Marie Leapzight of Burlington, Wis. and Mary Farmer of Chester; eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Katie Estes. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. tonight at Barron Funeral Home, 133 Wylie St., Chester. Barron Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
