Death
David Alan Furr, 51, long time resident of Oklahoma City, died Jan. 10, 2006, from a short battle with ARDS. David was born in Shreveport, LA, and graduated Capt Shreve High School in 1973. He joined the USAF in 1973 and served on active duty until 1982. He joined the Oklahoma Air Guard in 1983 and became a full time technician in 1985. He had recently retired from the Air Guard. He leaves behind a father, Ray Furr of Shreveport, a sister, Raychel Bartek of Annandale, VA, and a wife, Karen Furr, of Oklahoma City. He will be missed by everyone that knew him. Memorial service will be held on Jan. 21, 2006, 1:00 p.m., at the Will Rogers ANGB.
