Mrs. Latha F. Dillingham, 89, of Lavans Road, Temple, Georgia passed away Monday, December 19, 2005 at Tanner Medical Center in Carrollton, Georgia. She was born September 18, 1916, in Douglas County, Georgia. She was the daughter of the late John Slaughter Furr and the late Ola Lee McGuire Furr. Mrs. Dillingham was a member of First Methodist of Villa Rica. She was a homemaker. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Dillingham was preceded in death by her brother, Glenn Furr. Survivors include her cousins, Jean and Jack Patton of Marietta, Betty and Rev. Ollie Shadrix, Jr. of Dallas, Mary Nell Pilgrim of Villa Rica, Wendell and Judy Furr of Temple and Larry and Angie Furr of Villa Rica. Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, December 21, 2005 at 11:00 AM from the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica with Rev. Ollie Shadrix, Jr. officiating. Interment will follow at Friendship Cemetery in Paulding County in the New Georgia Community. The family will be receiving friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica, Wednesday, December 21, 2005, from 10:00 AM until the funeral hour Messages of condolence may be sent to the family at www.jones-wynn.com.
