Death
On Wednesday night, about nine o’clock, Mr. J. C. Furr, who lived on the Dr. Mills’ place, in No. 2, died very suddenly. Retiring about 8:30, in his usual health, he remarked, “I have not lain on, my right side for many years; I will try it.” Just then he began to turn, and before reaching the desired position he expired.
