Death
G. M. Furr, 75, Confederate soldier, died at his home out on the Clark street road at 2:25 p. m. Wednesday. He is survived by his wife, two sons, two brothers and one sister of Havana, Cuba, and two daughters of Houston. Funeral services will be held from the home at 3 p. m. Thursday. Burial will be held in Hollywood cemetery.The Houston Post, Houston, Texas, October 7, 1920
